From ordering to warranty claims, the essential rules are collected in one place.
01 How to order
- Order directly in a store, by phone or via messenger.
- After full payment, collect your order in store or request Nova Poshta delivery to an address or branch.
- Unique Trade covers delivery for orders over UAH 7,000. Check the goods for mechanical damage upon receipt. The carrier is responsible for the order once it has been handed over for delivery.
02 Payment
- Pay in cash, by bank card at the terminal, or by bank transfer.
- Cashless payment is available for sole proprietors and legal entities.
03 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of sale; partner-warehouse goods must be returned within 7 days of dispatch.
- Agree the return with the store representative in advance and complete a return request. Return delivery is paid by the customer.
- Keep the original packaging, complete set, labels, markings and saleable condition. Do not mark the packaging.
- Goods showing signs of installation or use cannot be returned. Check part compatibility in the manufacturer catalogue before installation.
- A receipt or delivery note is required for every return.
- Electrical parts (except spark plugs, glow plugs and lambda sensors), technical fluids and car-care chemicals (except motor oils) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Check quality, quantity, compatibility and completeness on receipt. Report damage, incorrect items or missing components within 24 hours.
- If goods are damaged by a third-party carrier, the claim must be made to the carrier at the time of receipt.
- Failure to follow the return rules is grounds for refusing the return.
04 Warranty and claims
- Contact the store where the item was purchased and complete a warranty claim form.
- Attach the service-station work report listing the work and replaced parts, plus copies of the service station registration documents.
- Give the documents and the item to the seller. Unique Trade works with the manufacturer while the claim is reviewed.
