  1. Unique Trade is founded

    The first retail store opened with filters, spark plugs, motor oils and wiper products.

  2. The retail network takes shape

    Two new stores opened and the company secured its first Champion distribution agreement.

  3. Wholesale division established

    Growth of the retail network created the foundation for a dedicated wholesale division.

  4. Champion store opens

    A large specialist Champion auto-parts store opened in Mykolaiv.

  5. A larger warehouse opens

    A new warehouse expanded storage capacity for the growing product range.

  6. Wholesale becomes the core business

    Wholesale became the main focus, supported by a service-centre team and dedicated partner programme.

  7. Odesa branch opened

    The Odesa operation brought together an office, warehouse and vehicle fleet.

  8. Mykolaiv warehouse centre

    A new warehouse centre opened and the Mykolaiv branch was established.

  9. New office development

    The company began building a new office and expanded its brand portfolio.

  10. Warehouse expansion and online ordering

    Construction of a warehouse complex began, online ordering launched and a branch opened in Zaporizhzhia.

  11. Donetsk branch opened

    The company continued expanding its regional network.

    Branches opened in Kyiv and Kherson and a central hub was established.

  13. Logistics development

    The portfolio reached 71 brands while the company expanded its fleet and regional delivery routes.

  14. Kharkiv branch opened

    The portfolio expanded to 80 brands and 60,000 products.

  15. Branches in Dnipro and Kyiv

    A Dnipro branch and a second Kyiv branch with a Left Bank warehouse opened, alongside warehouse modernisation.

  16. Stronger market position

    The portfolio grew beyond 90 global brands and 80,000 products, with branches and representative offices covering 22 regions of Ukraine.

  17. New regional representative offices

    Representative offices opened in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Rivne and Khmelnytskyi.

  18. The branch network expands

    New branches opened in Lviv, Cherkasy, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia.

  19. Zhytomyr branch opened

    Unique Trade opened a branch in Zhytomyr.

  20. Ivano-Frankivsk branch opened

    Unique Trade opened a branch in Ivano-Frankivsk.
